My stay at the hotel was great overall. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was very polite and friendly. However, there was still a faint smell of smoke in the room. The hotel's location was super convenient, being across from Springfield Town Center and within walking distance to various shops. The dining options were a bit weak with some cold hard-boiled eggs, but overall manageable. The service was fantastic, although the front desk staff was not always present. All in all, a good value for money choice.
